Pennant Hills Park event - longest course was a moderate which turned out to be technically easy. Nice run though, plenty of hills.

Patrol clocked about 38.

A one-hour loop, great weather for it, but left it a bit late and had to jump straight on bike to go and do two hours how-to-voting... getting hot.

Run to work via Berry Island and Balls Head. Apart from the achilles, felt pretty good. Ripper day for running - I was going to have another bike day, but it was too nice a day to miss.
