"Urban O" on Nottingham Uni campus - lot of fun on a decent map. Every now and then I realised I wasn't running that fast (particularly on the run-out from the start along a narrow track where my tactic of punching the start last failed as I got stuck behind my mum).

Achilles much better today than at the end of last week when walking about. Think it will be OK in a week or so if I don't overdo it.
