Run to work - did the loop on other side of River Road, then up to Longueville and cross golf course, down to Greenwich, over Greenwich and bush tracks to N Sydney, then path.

Ride up to Chatswood to get the latest in my series of travel vaccinations. Rode out via the freeway bike path, then back via the new railway line bike track in Chatswood (its short, but effective).
