Despite watching a LOT of biathlon with the takeaway message that I have to switch modes harder, I ran out too hard, so bad route to #1 (slight overshoot), messed up #3 - brain not converting the lawns in the quad to green, so I thought they were the next yellow. Shingo caught me here, then I dug in a bit before completely blowing #24. Leg felt OK during, happy to have time for a warm down.
