To work - felt pretty good, achilles not too bad despite getting a recent workout.
Can't fix my GPS to my watch at the moment (both are a bit broken), so I'm tying it to my (rock and Run) bumbag. The extra wobble is definitely boosting my mileage. How much extra fitness will that translate to ?
