Bike 45:00 [3]

Bike to Compo beach and back. Also sailed for 3-4hrs. Take up sail, take down, different sail up, down. Crazy sore in back and arms from fri. (and knee) Hope the back loosens up since it was what took me out last year.

Easy run through trout brook with some looking around, "Rick mapped that as a boulder?!" Probably 10min total. One place I was in a parallel feature. Some orienteering
