easy bike with 5min walk afterward at PF, the TVs were neat though. The bike sucked, I will stick with the one at work.

First real type of exercise in a long, long time. Really easy. Back is still tight and a bit sore. Middle spine hurts. Ankle was a bit tired from the workout at PT. Wobble board and foam logs at PT. Bike before (5min) and afterwards (10min). Also handcycle and walk on treadmill.
