First real type of exercise in a long, long time. Really easy. Back is still tight and a bit sore. Middle spine hurts. Ankle was a bit tired from the workout at PT. Wobble board and foam logs at PT. Bike before (5min) and afterwards (10min). Also handcycle and walk on treadmill.
