hashing 1:45:00 [2] 7.0 mi (15:00 / mi)
weight:173lbs shoes: Montrail Masai

Hash in the rain. For the first hour we couldn't find the trail, lot of standing and running. Second hour we gave up on the crappy trail and just ran (and saw more flour). For john: too long, too little flour, could have been a mess since you didn't mark the last 0.5mi (no we all didn't know where we were)

Started out fast and quickly died. Fairly short rest between. 400m pace was between 80-95s. L Ham was sore, L ankle sore, L groin was sore after first lap. Next time I will try going the other way around or not use a track.

Indoor cardio 1:00:00 [2]
weight:171lbs shoes: Adidas Response Tennis

I would a least like to think it was a "2". Pretty easy intensity with lots of sweating. Could have run outside but ankle hurt and want to avoid knee problems.

Orienteering race 34:00 [4] 3.2 mi (10:37 / mi)
shoes: Montrail Masai

Sprints up at Charlie's. Pro- Took some time to find my legs and brain. Very warm and didn't warmup enough. Chase- Went too high with Pavi and Peter on 5. Had a good effort on the way back. Got really lucky on a few. Some of the attackpoints, I couldn't find and powered through to still find the control (rarely happens).

Orienteering warm up/down 10:00 [2] 0.75 mi (13:20 / mi)

warm up. Not enough, should of done more high intensity.
