Everything really tight, too tight. easy run around town with some stops for stetching. Janet was nice enough to help break up what ever is in my calf.

Good run, mostly off trail. Leg were tight at the beginning but felt really loose at the end, same with the ankle. I guess I need 40min to warm up. Form was more balanced than normal.

Loosen up ride, didn't have the desired effect. Hams sore. The hard workout (tue) took quite a lot out of me (means I needed that type of workout).

Went to Norwalk high school for 12x400m range was 1:18-1:31 with 10 being between 80-83s. Very tiring. Legs felt heavy and started burn way too soon in. Warm and sunny. 5-10min warm up 5-10 min cool down, strech.

10 min bike, lift, go home to do yoga for 20min. Leg a bit tight. I need to do more plyos and endurance and nag....

fairly easy nag. with lots of climb (too much) on the first over 90 day. Sprint was slow. Need to pay attention to detail more on the more complex courses (Red and sprint). The red had 10-15 min of mistakes (and poor conditioning) while sprint had 2-3min. Not being able to run up the hills is a real problem. Only 5 or so controls were clean. Bad excution all day. 7.2km red 3 km sprint
