Trail Run intervals 45:00 [4] 4.5 mi (10:00 / mi)
weight:177lbs shoes: Brook Glycerin 3

2min on 2min off. 1.5 mi warm up. started on the trails which are quite hilly. Had a tough time keeping the intensity up (mental problem). 2min is much better than 3min.

Bike (indoor) 20:00 [2]
weight:175lbs shoes: Adidas Response Tennis

Easy warm up some streching and lifting (not enough). Bloody nose cut and time cut the workout short.

Need to do more strength, long endurance, map reading and rest (so my legs don't feel dead all the time).

Orienteering race 1:30:00 [4] **** 6.7 km (13:26 / km)
spiked:12/17c shoes: Montrail Masai

Some orange controls and lots of Green. Made two big mistakes. going to 5 got lost in the green. Going to 13 saw a different control on a different course 5 contour lines below mine. Lost to Rick and Peter P by 2 min.The heat was a problem again 89+min (not being saved)
