Still sick. There must be 10 people at work that are sick. I am the only one putting short days. Don't want to make mistakes (and lose body parts). Everyone else is spreading the illness.

Sore throat, sore muscles. In the middle of a extremely busy week at work. Resting for the rest of the week and West Point Sat. Took 2 hrs of work and slept.

shoes: Montrail Masai

3min-on/3min-off (jogging). Was definately going slower than 3min/800m. 1mi warm-up. 3.6mi intervals. Felt fine, just felt like I was not going super fast. Very hard day at work.

A good effort with some lifting and streching. Should be ready for speed on Tue. Just need to firgure out what the workout will be. The schedule is 3xmile with 400 rest. Don't like it, hills or 3min-on/3min-off
