shoes: Intergrators

Intergrator with active ankle. I think the little strap was too tight and rubbed off all the skin on the back of my foot (I know the second part). Also sheared off a stud on the front part of the shoe. They don't help that much when I am going that slow.

Was taking it slow to increase speed on the second half. headed to the slightly eft on 2 so I could look to the right and see 2, never did. There were MANY more boulders than mapped and the two that were mapped were not distintive (at least on my 3 approaches). Good slow run all and all, except a bit hesitant. Great day to be outside and there are some very special places in that park to run.

Map was inconsistant on the mapping of small boulder, large boulders, small and large cliffs. Green was mapped perfect.
