Slow recovery day after knocking out 11.5 miles on Tuesday. It's a nice feeling to go out 6.5 miles and call it a recovery run. Things are moving in the right direction.

From home, along the bike path, through Joyce Park, to the mile marker just before Pleasant Run Creek bridge.

The way out: piece of cake. The way back: pain. But I must point out, the 5.7 effortless miles out where once, not all that long ago, not painless. Training is key to health, even arthritis.
