shoes: Vavrys - studded rubber cleats

The worst Orienteering performance in recent time. I walked the last 1.5 hours, defeated, and worn out.

Ran too hard the day before. Had little left for today. So many sticks on the ground, kept tripping me up. The climb was too much for this guy. The course was good. But the terrain was steep and thick.

By midway I was spent. I finished. with disappointment, but with my pride.
