Knee/ITB seemed a fair bit better today - feeling the benefits from a few days of work on it. Rest today, back on it again tomorrow.

ITB felt fairly tight but knee was absolutely fine. Good confidence booster before the weekend.

To central library and back. Knee aching a bit at the very end and afterwards, expect it's cos I've been pretty lax with stretching and strenghtening recently. (Probably for the best that I couldn't make Burbage then... Mount Famine this weekend might not be the best idea either? We'll see.)
