Left ankle.
Not horrible, but definitely had to forgo the training plans for today & maybe tomorrow to ensure that it is in good shape for Sedona. :(

Lots of interesting twists & turns to this race. You really had to be strategic and decide what to go for & what to forgo.

In order not to mess things up Olga & I went together on the relay, but then we did mess up. *shaking head & laughing* & on the way back I rolled my left ankle pretty bad.
Took an aleve & icing it now.

Good fun as always racing with Olga & Stina, as the Speed Bunnies like to hop around a lot.
Fun catching up with a few peeps post race at the BBQ.

Huge thanks to Anvil & all the volunteers for putting on a great race.

1300pts, 2nd female, 14 overall

There is no check box for hang over. So I'll just say it's a "rest day", but "sick" or "injured" could work just as well I suppose.
Serious hydration time or RtR tomorrow is going be rougher than I already expected it to be.
