Running long 1:56:55 [3] 26.0 km (4:30 / km) +350m 4:13 / km
ahr:158 shoes: Brooks Glycerin 12

Long run with 3x10min threshold pace.
Was a good tough run, tried to get as many hills in as possible. Judged the distance badly though and did 10 mins longer than I had planned. Was pretty wrecked by the end.

Strength and Conditioning 1:20:00 [3] 34.0 km (2:21 / km)

Opted for a ride instead as I know this doesn't stress my tendon. Wet, cold and windy but good to burn off the frustration.

Running 50:00 [3] 11.0 km (4:33 / km) +72m 4:24 / km
ahr:150 max:160 shoes: Brooks Glycerin 12

Really big day at placement and by the time I was ready to go running it was really dark. Decided to swap Thursdays and Saturdays sessions because I didn't want to risk hurting myself in the dark (I usually do my intervals on trails). Turned out to be a good plan because my legs felt very heavy, placement and training in the week takes it out of me.
Heart rate monitor still being weird. Closer today but still not totally sure on accuracy.

Strength and Conditioning 1:10:00 [3]

Gym after running. Leg strength super setted with some general upper body work (mostly body-weight stuff). Felt very wrecked afterwards.

Easy run after placement
Heart rate monitor is struggling, had my heart rate really low for the first few km and never really seemed to be right.
