A run! First since day 1 of OO Cup.
Laps of the Rec to test out my foot. It hurt but well within bearable limits. It's been feeling somewhat better walking about so I decided it was time to try and start running. I will build up very slowly, running alternate days assuming the pain gets no worse. Otherwise it's time for more medical intervention.
