Standard Wessenden loop. New pb.
Also new pb's for the canal section and the Wessenden climb.

Note: today is the 45th anniversary of my first orienteering event. Snows in May.

Another joggy walk. This time on footpaths over to Scholes and Hade Edge. More jogging than walking and even 3 x 1 mile actual running. Calf fine, Achilles ok.

Same walk as Sunday but in the opposite direction. Also trying out some different lines through the terrain. More jogging still. Calf now feeling fine throughout. More worried about the niggly R Achilles. Ice after.
