Greenfield, Stalybridge, Glossop, Holme Moss (as last week). Another glorious morning although with a nip in the air. Highlight was passing someone on the Torside road on an identical bike. His reply was "yes, except yours is faster than mine" :)

Another lap of Yateholme. This time walk/ 1 mile run/ 0.5 mile walk/ 1 mile run/ 0.5 mile walk/ 1 mile run/ walk.
As feared (R) Achilles is now back to being a bit grumbly. (L) calf also a bit twitchy but not painful again. I will need to be careful....

Lazy day. A bit worried that I might have aggravated my Achilles getting over-enthusiastic during yesterday's HIIT session. Still succeeded in defending my JK title ;-)
