Loop around Holmbridge continuous steady run. Achilles good. Slight gunky feeling on anything rough with right to left slope but generally better than it felt on Sunday.

Did some calf strengthening exercises before Pilates: heel raises, hopping, etc. R calf seems weaker (than Left) still but Achilles definitely feeling better.
