Another easy jog. R ankle more sore than Friday and getting worse if anything. I'm now more convinced that it's not the Achilles but something on the inside of the ankle. Kim's diagnosis on Tuesday will be interesting. Next weekend looking unlikely.

Very slow jog to test Achilles. A bit sore but not bad and not getting worse. Soreness is on inside of ankle and not the usual Achilles area. Tomorrow morning will be key.

Hopefully 2 days drinking beer in Gdansk will have given my Achilles a chance to settle down. Another test jog tomorrow.

Achilles a little less sore today. Tried some self-frictioning of the small lump on bottom of my Achilles which doesn't seem to have made it any worse at least. Absolutely fine for Pilates.
