Set off for a longer run but R calf in spasm immediately. Decided to carry on at a very steady pace to see what happened. Not getting worse except downhill on the road but not getting any better either.
Nice lap of Brownhill Res inc the unofficial path through the woods.

Golf rained off so ran over to Meltham via Wolfstones and back via Harden Moss. Achilles ok after some initial stiffness. R calf started twinging around Digley so walked home from there.
