Back on the turbo. 1 hour inc. 5 x 5 mins efforts. Boring.

Note

Muddy walk into Holmfirth using some little used footpaths (about 1.5 hours). Testing out new walking shoes. A few slips where I narrowly avoided ending up on my bum. Slight suspicion of a niggly Achilles.
