Orienteering race 1:22:33 [3] 6.5 mi (12:42 / mi)
shoes: VJ Integrator (ex Lulu)

SYO Regional Event, Blacka Moor.
Brown course, 8.4km 455m.
Pretty unpleasant conditions: snow, ice and low cloud (and rain at times therefore contact lens). Survival the order of the day. Didn't really race as such but still lost some time at #13 (bingo depression in the clag). Bleary vision- first time with a contact for a while?

15 hole comp on temp greens. Team score of 15.7 under par (10 under gross plus 5.7 handicap). 1st place :-)

Hades Clough loop. Pretty grim conditions underfoot: mostly wet slushy snow. Dobs would have been a good idea. Better than Mudclaws with grip virtually all gone (10 miles left in them based on the previous pair).
