Upperthong, Netherthong, Oldfield, Honley Woods, Meltham, Harden Clough and back via Digley. Ground frozen solid which my Achilles didn't enjoy. Left a bit grumbly early on and Right later. No worse afterwards though so hopefully all OK. Beautiful but cold morning.

Massage with Richard. Standard calf stuff (Left most tight) then some work on the L hip/quad area. 90 mins of pain ;-)

4 x 5 mins with 2 mins jog recovery. Very consistent distance each time again.
