Sandringham to Sherringham along National Cycle route 1 and 30, incl. Holkham and Wells loop. Into a strengthening easterly breeze. A bit of food and drink would have been a good idea...

With hindsight I shouldn't have run twice yesterday. Taking Kim's advice not to run today or tomorrow. Continuing with self massage. Will do some cycling instead of Midland Champs tomorrow.

Loop on footpaths behind house. Right calf/achilles slightly stiff but not painful.

Same again as no adverse reaction to earlier run. This time achilles was slightly sore. Self massage afterwards. Achilles sore to touch.

Calf much better today but still a little sore so no exercise.
Went to see Kim for some painful massage. She reckons that she's loosened it off and I can try a short gentle run tomorrow. Feeling pretty sore following the massage though.

Right calf pretty sore today even when just walking. Booked in to see Kim tomorrow. Worried the problem could actually be with the achilles.

Yateholme and Blackpool Bridge. Another big chunk of Yateholme is getting felled. Right calf sore low down again after about 10 mins but coming and going and not too bad even towards the end. Worse afterwards though. Trying to loosen it off with some self massage.
