I try to find new routes running from work. What I do is I get off train/bus and run back home. This time I had google map printed in low res and that did not help me at all, I missed few intersections, found dead ends few time etc. Running-wise it was OK in the beginning and then become digfficult, I had to walk few hills. That is understandable, I did not have long runs for few monts now due to illness/injures...

Swimming 1:00:00 [3] 2.8 km (21:26 / km)

I thought I start a new year and log my activities as a new year resolution but decided to start it now! Need to keep my motivation up since this year there were so many things happened to drop it to a very low level...

Anyway, since I broke my toe I went back to swimming pool which I did not visit for almost 2 years now. I started to get into swimming and feeling really good about it. As usual I started to get cramps which stopped me at 2.8km this time. A bit of a progress since last time I had to quit at 2.3 km and one before even at 2km. I still can not exactly identify what causes cramps but it starts quicker if I start doing drills. Swimming with constant pace keeps me in a pool longer but I almost don't get tired which is not good!
