Run to WHS track

-25 minutes of card intervals on the track...free form recovery
Playing cards are placed at each 100 mark of the the track...each card has an assigned interval length (Ace=100, 2 =200....) Runners start by running along the track from one of the 100 marks as determined by the card they chose then chose picking another card and then (when ready) taking the shortest route to the location that would result had the runner run the second distance on the track...This pattern of track - rest /off track - rest is continued until the 25 minutes is expired...Exceptions...400 and 800 are always run on the track and followed by a "shortest route/off track interval-rest set)
- tempo/middle -o race speed from track to Queensway through George Brown park field
- jog over to Queensway station stairs...1 up and 1down on each set of stairs
