final. just wasnt up for it. lacking the extra zip in the legs. not sure why. flat after weeks training? pressure (dont think so)
needed to take my time in decision to number 2. i had planned similar legs but didnt take time to look at the map and decide the best route. i just took the route i had planned to avoid! didnt loose as much as i thought.
main time loss was through control pick and then 3x10 secs in different places.
caught up time towards the end on the longer legs.
lots to work on. which i guess is a good thing.
