Crawlers track workout, the last for some time except to whatever extent I do them alone, remotely. 4x600m with 200m walking/jogging/waiting for slower runners to finish. Done at 5K pace, then again at 2k pace, with some strength exercises and stadium stairs sprints done in between and afterwards, which I skipped because it seemed like a bad idea to challenge my midsection with unaccustomed intense strength exercises a few days before West Point. I'm pretty sure my legs can recover from what I did this morning in time but there would be no guaranteed recovery if I got DOMS in my core.
