West Point Long - still feeling slow despite efforts to rehydrate, refuel and rest overnight and was significantly less clean than in the middle to boot.

Cycling to work.

Orienteering race 16:37 [5] 2.6 km (6:23 / km) +105m 5:19 / km

West Point Sprint - tentative during my first exposure to rocky detail of the season early in the course.

Orienteering race 42:52 [4] 4.9 km (8:45 / km) +175m 7:25 / km

West Point Middle - felt slow. Don't think I rehydrated well enough after the sprint.

Cycling to work. Home by way of PCRM in the evening, where I experience the novelty of being asked if I was Peruvian or Spanish (apparently based on a perceived resemblance to a single Peruvian acquaintance of the questioner).

Walked home from work in the rain, doing some shopping along the way. Had planned on running home but would have been miserable and a bit of rest before the weekend's full body beating probably won't go amiss.
