At school testing out pedometers. Also did a 8 km. walked from the University to The Forks, across the Esplanade Riel, Norwood Bridge and back. Apparently walking 8 km. at a brisk pace is the equivalent to 10,000 steps (what someone should get in a day)...I only got 9,689 steps Walk took about 1:20:00, some light snow and cool, +4/3, 0/-2 wind chill.
