i don't know how ppl do triathlons cause my legs were absolute jello starting out on the sprint. funky course although running it at such a delicate pace meant that i had tons of time to figure out the control location and my next route choice. still so excited to just be running with a map in hand again :)
no pain in the foot while running although it does get a bit painful afterwards when i'm just walking around. i guess i'll just have to run foreverrr!!! :)
the first 20min were the course and then we picked up controls afterwards.
