Barely enough snow, roads bad, so did memorial dogpark trail to boardwalk. breaking trail over ice. Neuro 0/10

Temps finally above 19, and footing better (I've been busy and weather uncooperative last week). No zip in my step but good to be out.

NOTE - orthotics arrived earlier this week, only wearing in street shoes for 4 hr first day, 5 next.... Doc said to wait a week or two before running with them, and to get shoes fitted for them
