Portage and paddle race with Rasinski. Pushed hard to stick with the top canoe, but just couldn't. about an hour of paddling, and 15 minutes of portgage. tons of fun.

Felt really weak and slow. Mild neuroma - first time i've used the glycerines (with pad) in a while. These may just not be the shoe for me.
I am upset that i am not improving my stamina nor speed.

Sippo Lake Red course. Orange level controls, some misplaced, lots of trail running. I had no speed or endurance (typical level for lately).
