Morning run with Erin. Lungs and eyes are about used to the cold. Only one morning run this week has been above 32F.

Left Hamstring tightened up on the last hill, so they still haven't recovered from Sunday.

Working the kinks out of my legs. Hamstrings were tight still. I followed the run with 20 minutes of stretching.

Went of Letchworth. Stayed on trails most of the time. Legs were tight, hamstrings were very tight.
