Note

My favorite quote from the NPR all-staff meeting on Friday came from Nina Totenberg, who said: "No one messes with me because I walk around the newsroom like I'm wearing a sign that says 'Don't fuck with me'."

It was very stressful at work last week. Hopefully it will get better, but somehow I doubt it...at least not for the next week.

I took the yoga class at work today since I had a meeting during the cardio class. The instructor is so great! It wasn't very strenuous, but he was good about gently correcting things so you could do each pose better. I might switch out one noon class a week to do a yoga class.
