Not such a glorious workout. My left knee was pretty sore, so the warm up was very careful and slow, and the one-legged reps were very slow on the left leg. And I was supposed to do 2 minutes between sets, but I got confused. Well, at least I did it.

Warm up: 10 mins
Cycle: 7 x (1 min. right/1 min. left/1 min. both)
Cool down: 10 mins

I knew my gym offered it, but today was the first chance to actually get to a class. And it was fabulous! But I am going to be sore tomorrow.

The same route as last time except I didn't get lost today! My left knee felt so tight when I started, but loosened right up as I ran on it.

On the stationary bike in the gym. I might have been able to do this workout outside since the temperature was about 40˚ warmer this morning than yesterday morning, but it was still very wet and very windy. So, I wimped out. I missed the outside when I realized how hot it was inside of the gym. Yuck!

Warm up: 10 mins
Intervals: 7 x 1 min; 2 min recovery
Cool down: 9 mins
