I was feeling better this morning, but not good enough to do the full triathlon practice, so I decided to just do the swim part for more practice. And, I'm so glad I did. I finally swam the full race distance without stopping, and it felt perfectly fine. Not sure what was going on on Wednesday, but it looks like I'm back on track.
