A short, slowish ride on Cherry Creek trail just to work some kinks out of the legs.

A walk around the park on a beautiful evening. There was a guy in the park with some rope contraption that he was dipping into a bucket and then creating beautiful, big soap bubbles.

So, I joined a new gym. The one that was near my house just wasn't working out. The classes there were still too early; not enough time for me to get home, feed and walk Annie, and then get to the class. This new gym is a different branch of the gym I used to belong to, but it's in downtown Denver, and therefore more convenient.

This was the Body Pump class, and it felt so good to be back!
