Week 5 #2
A run around Wash Park, of course. It was grey and overcast, but pretty warm...45˚. The path was unrunnable, so I stuck to the road. It wasn't so bad running on pavement.
Another good session at Steadman Hawkins. The rolling didn't hurt as much today.
I have to say that in the past, PT never really felt like it was doing much. But this time, after years of not doing it at home, I can feel the difference. I feel looser and in less pain. I'll have to be more diligent about the stretches.
I went to the gym tonight since snow is everywhere! I had downloaded the first season of "The Americans" to watch while I cycle, and I think it's going to be a good show after just watching the first episode.
We had a very successful E-punch Clinic today, enlarging our pool of people who can run the finish at local events. Ten people attended and quite a few signed up to support e-punch at future events. Yay!
Thanks to Doug Berling and John Crowther, who ran the show.

Week 5 #1
I got out this morning for a run since I think the next few days are going to be bust due to the incoming storm. It was actually nice running weather -- not too cold. I even saw the resident bald eagle -- he was coming in for a landing in his favorite tree, a cottonwood by the lake. He was followed by a murder of crows that kept harassing him.
