Back to barre class for the first time in a few months. It didn't feel as bad as I thought it would. It was very sad, though, because it's Marnie's last class. She has to move to NJ in order to keep her job with Verizon. We went out for breakfast after class, and there were many tears shed. It's a sad day. :-(

Goat at Remarkable Flats.

This was an interesting event. I've been experimenting with racing with not eating breakfast, and that's been going pretty well...until today. I think 11.5 km. with no food or water was a little too much. I was kaput coming out of #17. Before that, I had great controls except for 11, where I pretty much ran off the map and #14, where I was so intent on pulling away from Brooke that I totally messed it up. Lesson learned.

Training at rattlesnake hill.

This was definitely more physical and difficult than yesterday. I didn't start with the mass start because I wanted to do my own navigation. And it was good training because I was sloppy to several controls.
