Another spectacular day, so I had to get outside. I drove down to Chatfield and rode my mt. bike on the trails in the park and then up Waterton Canyon and back again. The park and canyon were packed with people out enjoying the beautiful weather.
A new class at the gym, but it might not last long. Evidently, not enough people have been attending. It was really a great class, so I'll have to see if I can get more people to go.
It was such a beautiful day that I thought I should go for a walk in Wash Park. But, as I started out, I felt so good I thought I'd run a bit. And, it didn't feel bad at all, so I kept running for most of it. Then home to ice my knees.
I biked from home to Kuni Honda on E. Arapahoe to pick up my car. I mapped out the route on Google Maps for bikes, and everything went well except for when I passed a huge middle school just releasing its students for the day. Massive amounts of busses, cars, parents, and kids everywhere. It was a little chaotic.
Total Body Conditioning class…with Marnie! This one beat my butt a little bit…need to get back to attending regularly.
Note
My crazy month is done. I was traveling more than I was home this month, but now I have no more trips planned. I just got back from driving home from the East coast, moving Graham back from Virginia. He's going to give Denver another try, starting school in January.
