Hiking 55:00 [2] 2.54 mi (21:39 / mi)
Instead of lying down for a nap, which is what I really wanted to do, I thought I should go for a short hike to see if that helped the energy levels at all. It did not.
I went to Jockey Hollow to walk one of my loops, and it all began well enough. But about halfway through, my arms and shoulders started hurting so bad and the only position that felt good was holding them at a 90˚ angle from my body, with my elbows bent. I'm sure it looked crazy, but luckily I didn't meet anyone else on the trail.
Then, about 2/3 of the way through, I began to feel pretty exhausted. It was all I could do to get back to my car. I drove home and collapsed on the floor, where I stayed for quite awhile. This is not such a fun time.
