I ran a mile on the treadmill. It's a start.

Strength Training 1:00:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (50:00 @3)

"Strictly Strength" class. It was so good. A lot of arm, core and leg work.

Hiking 30:00 [1]

Now it was Graham who accompanied me to Jockey Hollow. We first tried to go to the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, but alas, no pets allowed.

Some leg stuff until class started.

I went back to the Core class, and it's still pretty tough.

Tanner and I took the dogs for a walk in Jockey Hollow. The trails were a little icy, so I had to be careful but it was a wonderful walk, none the less.
