Yes, that's right, I went running. I decided it was time to get going, and I was fully anticipating doing more walking than running, but that turned out not to be the case. I ran for most of this time, albeit rather slowly. I only walked up some of the steepest hills (because I'm out of running shape) and down some of the steepest hills (because that did kind of hurt my knee). But, it was a beautiful day in PWF, warm and sunny, and it just felt so great to be out running again. I came home and iced my knee and took some Aleve, so the verdict won't be in until later tonight or tomorrow as to whether or not this was a good idea.

My last session of PT! I declared myself healed and told my therapist I wouldn't be coming back. Yay!

Strength Training 50:00 [2]

I went back to an strength video that I haven't used for a while. This should help get me back in to shape a little faster. It was a definite workout, and the only bad part for my knee was some lunges. But even those weren't too bad. Tomorrow is another PT session, and I think I'm going to declare it my last one. I think I can do just as much good on my own, and since my doctor has now cleared me to start easing in some running again, I think I'm past the PT stage.
