Note

As I was driving through my neighborhood today, I noticed that a lot of people must have gotten busy with their Christmas light hanging this weekend because there is a decidedly brighter glow in the night sky. Nothing, of course, to compare with the house on the corner that plays an endless loop of Christmas carols ALL NIGHT LONG!

All of these lights got me thinking about APers and their Christmas lights. I know there have been heated Peep debates...which shape, which color, what are they?, are they in Canada?, but nary a word on Christmas...or holiday...lights. Personally, I hang lights every year, could not imagine a Christmas without them. I'm also very picky. I will only use the miniature, multi-colored lights and they have to blink! Nothing too static for me. As a rule, though, I would vote that most APers do not hang Christmas lights. I don't know why I think that, but I do.

Strength Training 30:00 [1]

This was out of 3 hours of moving Caitlin's furniture and boxes out of her apt. at Tech and into my basement. She's officially not living at Tech for the next semester because she's in a study abroad program in Lugano, Switzerland. This moving was enough to make my knee really ache. I've stopped taking the arthritis medication because it just kept my stomach in a constant, low level of discomfort. Step 2: Back to the doctor. :-(
