MNOC afton winter O meet - 90 min score O -79.04 ran neck and neck with Mike C most of the way round, just beat him at the finish . Lot s of deep snow but we were able to avoid the deep stuff by running packed trails mostly

test run - old equipment - me and L knee : new equipment: Garmin 305 on KAbbott trails - blacktop sections had dusting of snow, earthen sections were jumbled up hard snow .

equipment report:
old: knee was Ok
new: very slick upload etc : next time will try the HR monitor as well . Will try not to lose/break this very nice piece of gear .
