Misc Outdoor activities ( sailing , etc) (lawn work aerator) 1:30:00 [3]

wrestling the 200lb aerator machine around /up and down the garden. This thing is a work out . Rental by the hour @ $22/hr upped the pace. Added bonus that it cut the buried (but not deep enough!) Comcast phone/Internet/cable TV line to the house ; as usual Comcast "customer service" was a complete pain . strained lower back ...

OTNT at U of M E Bank campus. Fun event with a few tricks in 3-D (steps and over/under issues) . Jogged around overshot on #23 started to sprint to end so Stephen R beat me ( i was about 2 mins ahead of him) .

outdoor pool at Y held open for another week . so a long swim 1st 500m 9:20 , mile at 32:00 , 500m fr + 100mbr/100ba/100br/100ba/100br, 500m fr, 1000m mixed.
